Meet some of the people who will look after you
Founder and Managing Director
Jamie has been involved with the property industry for the past 20 years as well as having a BSc (Hons) in Property Management. Prior to setting up Red Key Property Services, Jamie worked in various regional markets for both corporate and independent agents, rising to the position of Regional Partner in a major agency with responsibility for multiple branches and a property management centre.
Jamie has an infectious passion for property and is committed to providing excellent service to all his clients.
Jackie brings 20 years of experience in the Corporate Portfolio Management side of the residential property sector, having previously worked for a large national independent agency. Within Red Key, Jackie has been responsible for sourcing properties and building portfolios for our clients - including independent building societies, financial institutions, corporate and private investors.
Jackie has established excellent working relationships with contacts including private house builders and national companies, helping clients extend their portfolios by sourcing the best deals in the market and providing maximum return on investment.
I have been the Manger for the Red Key Newport Branch for the last 13 months, obtaining an NFoPP ARLA qualification during this time. Previous to this I managed a team of people looking after approximately 2 thousand properties all over the UK. I have a genuine passion for lettings from helping an applicant find their perfect home to the end of their tenancy ensuring a smooth move out for both the tenant and landlord. With over 7 years’ experience in the industry, I am competent with the legislations surrounding lettings, I always aim to give the best possible service and strive on ensuring Red Key and the team achieve.
As well as Lettings, I also Manage the Sales team, ensuring a smooth transaction from viewings to completion and ensuring that we look after our Vendors and Buyers.
When I am not managing a busy office, I enjoy spending quality time with my children (who keep me equally as busy); going to the cinema, eating out and long walks with our pet pug Winston.
With over 12 years experience, Lisa has extensive experience of the Property Market especially in Barry & the Vale of Glamorgan, having worked for Independent and Corporate Agents locally. Lisa’s love for the Property Market shows in her great work ethic and great detail to attention and is not afraid of going the extra mile for her customers. Lisa lives and breathes Estate Agency and offers the best service possible for all of her customer needs.
Senior Property Consultant
I recently joined the team at Redkey to build on what is already a successful letting agent and help bring it to a successful sales agent too. I have worked within the estate agency business for 6 years. I’ve had the opportunity to sell properties all over South Wales and with this I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge on properties and the areas they are in.
When I’m not at work you can find me at the gym or if the weather is good, I’ll be on the golf course.
I have worked for Red Key for the past 13 months as the Lettings Negotiator. Before this role, I worked in retail for 11 years so my love of dealing with customers continues. My role is very busy; I’m always in and out of the office, conducting viewings, arranging appointments and going above and beyond to find the best buyers and tenants for our vendors and landlords. Out of work I enjoy keeping active, socialising and cooking.
I have been working for Red Key for the past 3 years. During this time, I have completed an NVQ customer services course while focusing on delivering an exceptional service to our clients. My main tasks include tenancy agreement renewals, property maintenance, applicant references and property compliance certificates. Out of work I enjoy eating out and spending quality time with my family.
As well as being Jamie's wife, Sally ensures that landlords and contractors are paid on time and that all clients' monies are dealt with efficiently and correctly.
Away from work Sally has a keen interest in History and Art and can often be found with a paintbrush or in a museum - of course, that is, when she is not looking after the children!
I’ve worked as a Property Inspector for Red Key for 18 months. My role in the company starts and ends with each tenancy. Before the tenant moves in I carry out a detailed Inventory and during the tenancy they have regular inspections. At the end of the tenancy I do a detailed Check out. I love my role as I know the reports I produce are for the protection of the tenants and landlords.
In my private life I enjoy travelling, eating out with friends and family.
I currently work part-time at Redkey as I have just finished my A Levels and due to start University. My role at Redkey is admin, answering the phone, helping with queries and dealing with any customers that come into the office.
