Red Keys, All Blacks & Red-Bricks

The fastest growing specialist letting agent in South Wales took up residence in Swansea last month, having acquired SA1 Executive Apartments; and immediately kicked off by sponsoring ‘The Welsh All Blacks’ Neath RFC.

Red Key Property Services started life in Hertfordshire before an opportunity to manage a small group of properties in Newport led to a new era which has seen it establish three separate Welsh offices over the last few years.

The company’s owner, Jamie Langley, says “the key to growth in tough financial times is to stand by foundation principles such as always giving the level of service you would like to receive yourself.”

To ensure that this philosophy continues here he has chosen local girl, Laura Thomas, to manage their newest office. Born and raised in Neath, then moving to Port Talbot about a year ago, Laura has a real passion for the area having worked in Swansea for the last 12 years and is really excited about serving the city’s residents in her new role.

The office, in the fabulous ‘red-bricked’ J shed building on the waterfront in the heart of the SA1 area, is the ideal location for access to other key parts of the city; and you may have already seen the Red Key car scouting the area looking for more great properties. When she is not visiting customers or speaking to them on the phone at her desk, Laura can often be seen taking her horse, Rolie, for rides along Jersey Marine beach, enjoying the fresh air and freedom of living in such a beautiful place.

So Red Key has opened the door to its new office in Swansea and its staff are looking forward to making new friends in the days and months ahead whilst introducing its specialist letting expertise and unique acquisitions service to local residents. It has bold plans to continuing growing in the future; but one thing that will never make it onto the agenda… is outgrowing its customers’ needs.
